Tweaked recoil settings.
Shifted some player movement code around.
Made ADS feel a bit nicer.
Going home implementing sway.
Added sping based weapon recoil.
Added damped spring class.
- Proper weapon initialization.

Adding toon buildings from asset store and a generator.
